Position: Assistant Banquet Manager (25179862)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Banquet operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in a 5-star hotel environment in Batam or a similar market.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and event-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Proficient in managing MICE events, weddings, and large functions.
- Ability to manage staff rosters, training, and service standards.
- Knowledge of F&B POS systems and banquet event orders (BEO).
