Position: Spa Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa facility including cleanliness and maintenance
- Supervise and schedule spa therapists to ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure all treatments are performed according to company standards and protocols
- Manage spa inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a relaxing experience for all clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or Senior Therapist in a resort setting
- Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Passion for wellness and guest service excellence
