Position: Restaurant Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the restaurant and banquet events
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction during events
- Monitor inventory and control costs within the department
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task
- Strong communication skill and leadership
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
