Position: Spa Reception Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Spa Reception desk
- Ensure all guest bookings and inquiries are handled efficiently
- Train and develop spa reception staff
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any service issues
- Maintain accurate records of spa treatments and revenue
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Spa Receptionist or Supervisor in a luxury spa
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in English and computer literacy
- Customer-focused with a friendly demeanor
- Indonesian Nationals only due to work permit limitations
