Position: Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome VIP guests and provide personalized service throughout their stay
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
  • Promote hotel facilities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to assist guests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Previous experience in guest relations or front office role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Groomed appearance and a warm, friendly personality
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Customer service oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
