Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the F&B outlet
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Train and develop F&B service staff
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency in English is an advantage
- Professional appearance and attitude
