Position: Events Service Manager (Banquet Service)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of all banquet and event service operations
- Manage and train event service staff to ensure Hyatt standards are met
- Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and manage operational budgets
- Coordinate with the sales and culinary teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Ensure guest satisfaction by being present and proactive during major events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in banquet service management within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large service teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety protocols
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
