Position: Sky Lounge Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations at the Sky Lounge to ensure consistent service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Mentor and train the service team on luxury brand standards and beverage service sequences
  • Monitor inventory, manage outlet costs, and drive revenue through promotional initiatives
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally to maintain a high level of service quality
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the lounge

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel bar or lounge environment
  • Strong guest relations and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
  • Leadership ability to lead a diverse team in a high-energy outlet
  • Good communication skills in English to cater to international guests
  • Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and high-end service sequences
  • Disciplined, proactive, and committed to luxury service standards
  • Available for flexible shifts including nights and weekends
