Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages and cocktails to guests at our award-winning resort
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable bar experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory and ensure high-quality presentation of all beverage offerings
  • Process guest payments accurately and provide professional, friendly service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end bar environment
  • Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and international beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to luxury service standards
  • Disciplined and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English to cater to our diverse international guests
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
