Position: Food & Beverage Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise outlet operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor F&B service staff on brand standards and service sequences
- Coordinate outlet setup, inventory, and staff scheduling
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues during shifts
- Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and hygiene protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in an F&B service role in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication abilities in English
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software
- Disciplined and professional with a commitment to high service quality
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
