Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all F&B outlets and banquet operations to drive revenue and service excellence
- Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts, menus, and promotions
- Manage budgets, food costs, and labor productivity within the department
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards across all outlets
- Mentor and develop the F&B team to ensure high-performance service delivery
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in F&B management within a 5-star international hotel brand
- Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen for F&B operations
- Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Fluent in English with exceptional presentation and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of international F&B trends and luxury standards
- Degree in F&B Management or Hospitality is highly preferred
