Position: Head Chef
- Lead the culinary team and manage all kitchen operations.
- Develop innovative menus featuring local and international cuisine.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget efficiently.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
