Position: Banquet Manager
- Plan and coordinate all banquet events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage banquet staff, scheduling, and training to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation.
- Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure client satisfaction during events.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
