Position: FB Supervisor
- Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure staff adhere to service standards.
- Assist in training and development of the service team.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
