Position: Revenue Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue data to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and maintain the Property Management System and Revenue Management System
- Assist in the preparation of revenue reports and forecasts
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Ensure data accuracy across all distribution channels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of one year in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel or resort
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Property Management System (Opera preferred)
- Knowledge of Revenue Management System (IDeaS preferred)
- Familiarity with CRS (Synxis preferred), Channel Manager, and extranets
