Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and market share
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand drivers
- Manage distribution channels and online travel agency relationships
- Prepare revenue forecasts and reports for management
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize pricing strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Fast learner and proactive team player
- Able to join immediately
