Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Manage the engineering budget, including capital expenditures and utility costs.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to protect physical assets.
- Lead the engineering team and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in engineering management within a large-scale hotel property.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant engineering degree or certification.
- Commitment to sustainability and energy conservation.
