Position: Spa & Recreation Manager (SGS-SPA-MGR)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and recreation management
- Proven ability to drive revenue and manage departmental budgets
- Experience in staff training and maintaining luxury service standards
