Position: Reservation Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in reservations within a 4/5-star hotel environment
- In-depth knowledge of room categories, rates, and hotel facilities
- Strong supervisory skills to guide and monitor reservation staff
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in booking processing
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
