Position: Guest Relation Officer – Mandarin Speaker (SGS-GRO-MS)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin writing and speaking, is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Proactive and helpful attitude to enhance guest stay experience
  • Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
