Sales Executive

Zuri Express is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a “Smart National Chain Hotel,” we value contemporary branding with a locally anchored heart. You will be responsible for driving revenue by securing new business and maintaining strong relationships with our valued corporate and travel partners.

Job Description:

  • Proactively seek out new corporate, government, and travel agent accounts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits, professional networking, and exceptional service
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies that align with Zuri Express’s modern and minimalist brand positioning
  • Conduct professional hotel site inspections and handle all sales inquiries with a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure Zuri Express remains the top choice for discerning travelers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Power Pro and OTA management is highly preferred
  • Must hold a valid SIM A (driver’s license) for sales calls and client visits
  • A team player who can work well under pressure and is ready to grow with a leading national chain
  • Available to join immediately
