We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Chef De Cuisine to lead our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisine.
- Oversee banquet operations and all-day dining services.
- Develop and manage the Cascade team, ensuring high performance.
- Strong management skills with the ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Ensure food quality meets the highest standards before serving guests.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, product supply rotation, and menu tasting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and food presentation.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, cost control, and kitchen management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
