We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Guest Service Attendant to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service with professionalism and sincerity.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all guest interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of attentiveness and patience while handling guest needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (Hotel background preferred).
- Diploma 1 or higher in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Possesses a patient, humble, and service-driven personality.
- Excellent teamwork, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Available for immediate employment.
