Job Description

Executive Chef

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills in kitchen operations.
  • Expertise in menu creation, food costing, and kitchen budgeting.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu items in line with guest preferences.
  • Monitor food costs and ensure budgetary control in the kitchen.
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Assistant Revenue Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or hospitality management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems, data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to optimize hotel revenue.
  • Assist in implementing pricing strategies for rooms, meetings, and events.
  • Monitor daily reports and forecast revenue performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OTA partners and corporate clients.

Front Desk Agent

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Front Office or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills with a welcoming personality.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
  • Manage cash handling and billing transactions accurately.
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
