Property Information

This department manages our on-site restaurants, bars, and event catering.
Staff collaborate to maintain consistent quality, creativity in menu offerings,
and an inviting atmosphere across all F&B outlets.

• Restaurant Manager
• F&B Supervisor
• F&B Attendant
• F&B Runner (DW)
• Bar Back (DW)

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or bar operations.
• Strong leadership or supervisory skills (for managerial/supervisory roles).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for culinary excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or assist with daily operations of designated F&B outlets.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage and monitor inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments for seamless service.
• Deliver a positive guest experience through attentive service.
• Handle guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
