General Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining establishment.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and creativity in food preparation.
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in food handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to join immediately.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Commis 1:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring food consistency and quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Commis 2:

  • Support the kitchen team in ingredient preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain food consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
