HR Generalist

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
• Solid understanding of HR functions: payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law, disciplinary procedures, and SOP enforcement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong ethics, integrity, and high sense of responsibility
• Must have SIM C and be able to ride a motorcycle
• HR certifications or additional training will be an advantage
