Qualifications:

• Expatriates are welcome
• Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or extensive experience as Sous Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Demonstrated expertise in various culinary techniques and European cuisines
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Time-management abilities, with a record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
