Job Description

Amandari Ubud is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation professional to handle guest bookings, inquiries, and ensure a seamless reservation experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Process reservations accurately, including special requests, room preferences, and payment details.
  • Maintain and update reservation records in the hotel’s booking system to prevent overbookings and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the same position.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and third parties.
  • Excellent problem-solving, motivation, and training abilities.
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality.
  • Well-groomed, motivated, and a team player.
  • Availability to start immediately.
