Requirements

• Previous experience in spa operations or wellness management.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of various spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Certification or relevant education in spa therapy or wellness is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Mentor and train spa therapists to deliver consistent and exceptional treatments.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate with reception for spa appointments.
• Maintain spa inventory, equipment, and product supplies.
• Implement and uphold spa standards and protocols.
• Address guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.
