Qualifications:
– Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
– Previous experience working with children preferred
– Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
– Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
– Able to create and facilitate engaging activities
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
