Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
• Strong guest service orientation with attention to detail
• Proficient in using PMS and guest service systems
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
