Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations/Front Office in hospitality
• Fluency in Korean and good English communication
• High energy, guest‑focused personality with service recovery skills
• Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
