Position: Junior Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum three or more years experience working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand
- Proven experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused kitchen with strong leadership and meat preparation skills
- Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, and cost control processes
- Creative, energetic and positive individual
- Good English literate, both written and oral
