Position: Junior Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum three or more years experience working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand
• Proven experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused kitchen with strong leadership and meat preparation skills
• Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, and cost control processes
• Creative, energetic and positive individual
• Good English literate, both written and oral
