Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations, overseeing menu development, kitchen production, and food quality.
- Create innovative and high quality dining experiences across all F&B outlets.
- Manage and mentor the entire kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Control food costs, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager on concept development and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
