Position: Pastry Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or senior pastry cook
- Exceptional skills in baking, pastry, and chocolate work
- Creative flair and passion for dessert presentation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
