Qualifications:

• Front Office/guest service experience with confident, welcoming presence
• Skilled in check‑in/out, cash handling, and upselling rooms or packages
• Competent with PMS and OTA/extranet basics
• Problem-solving with swift service recovery and city knowledge
• Excellent grooming, English communication, and teamwork
