Qualifications:
- Front Office/guest service experience with confident, welcoming presence
- Skilled in check‑in/out, cash handling, and upselling rooms or packages
- Competent with PMS and OTA/extranet basics
- Problem-solving with swift service recovery and city knowledge
- Excellent grooming, English communication, and teamwork
