Qualifications:

• Front Office or customer service experience in hospitality preferred
• Professional grooming, engaging communication, and upselling ability
• Familiar with PMS, check-in/out, and cashiering basics
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good English communication
• Shift flexibility and service-minded attitude
