Position: Guest Service Officer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in hotels
  • Guest‑focused, engaging, and problem‑solving oriented
  • Familiar with PMS operations and cashiering basics
  • Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
  • Professional grooming and interpersonal skills
