Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in hotel/resort security operations
• Risk assessment, incident response, and emergency procedure mastery
• Coordination with local authorities and compliance standards
• Team scheduling, coaching, and SOP enforcement
• Basic first-aid/CPR certification preferred
