Position: Lead Host – Security

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the security team during shifts, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct regular patrols of the hotel property.
• Respond promptly to all incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints, ensuring a safe environment.
• Manage access control for guests, colleagues, and visitors.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a security supervisory role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Must possess a valid Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
• Physically fit and able to conduct patrols and stand for long periods.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Detail oriented with strong observational and reporting skills.
