Position: Lead Host – Security
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the security team during shifts, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct regular patrols of the hotel property.
- Respond promptly to all incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints, ensuring a safe environment.
- Manage access control for guests, colleagues, and visitors.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a security supervisory role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Must possess a valid Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
- Physically fit and able to conduct patrols and stand for long periods.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
- Detail oriented with strong observational and reporting skills.
