Position: Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Manage the security team and ensure 24/7 coverage
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Liaise with local authorities and law enforcement
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property
Qualifications:
- Experience in security management in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response
- Leadership skills to manage and train security personnel
