Position: Security Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the security team during assigned shifts to ensure property safety
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems across the resort premises
- Handle and report any security incidents or emergencies in a professional manner
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on safety protocols and guest relations
- Liaise with local authorities and community leaders regarding security matters
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a security leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols
- Physically fit and capable of handling high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction
- Hold valid security certifications as required by Indonesian regulations
- Disciplined, alert, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts and holidays
