Position: Asst. Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Security in managing the resort’s safety and security protocols
- Supervise security personnel and ensure regular patrols of the private beach and tropical gardens
- Implement and monitor emergency response procedures to guarantee guest and staff safety
- Coordinate with local authorities and maintain detailed security incident reports
- Ensure all security equipment and systems are fully functional and regularly inspected
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in a luxury resort environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage security teams effectively
- Positive attitude, professional integrity, and highly self-motivated
- Honest, enthusiastic, and excellent communication abilities
- Indonesian citizenship
