Position: Safety & Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all safety and security operations at our cliffside luxury resort
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, emergency response plans, and internal controls
- Manage the security team through training, scheduling, and regular performance evaluations
- Coordinate with local authorities and community leaders to ensure the safety of guests and property assets
- Ensure strict compliance with all national security regulations and brand safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Safety & Security Manager or similar leadership role in a 5-star resort
- Strong background in risk assessment, emergency management, and investigation protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English
- Disciplined, proactive, and capable of handling high-pressure situations with a professional demeanor
- Hold valid security certifications as required by Indonesian regulations
- Familiarity with modern surveillance systems and safety software
- Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field preferred
