Position: Security Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, staff, and hotel property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including parking areas and integrated complex zones.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any security alarms or emergency calls.
- Enforce hotel safety regulations and manage access control for visitors and contractors.
- Assist in handling guest emergencies and documenting security incidents accurately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably within a hotel or mall complex.
- Valid security certification (Gada Pratama) and a clean professional record.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to remain alert during shift duties.
- Calm demeanor with good conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety protocols and first aid procedures.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to high standards of discipline.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
