Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and managing the hotel’s security, including guests, staff, and assets
- Supervise the security team and monitor security systems

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Security or Security Manager in the hospitality industry
- Deep knowledge of safety procedures, emergency response, and security systems
- Strong leadership skills to manage and train the security personnel
- Excellent communication skills for incident reporting and stakeholder management
- Indonesian citizenship required due to work permit restrictions
- High integrity and alert demeanor for a secure hotel environment
- Ability to coordinate with local authorities and law enforcement
