Position: Chief Security

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of resort security and safety.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Lead, train, and schedule the security team.
• Oversee surveillance systems, patrols, and access control.
• Liaise with local authorities and conduct regular safety audits.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
