Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of resort security and safety.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Lead, train, and schedule the security team.
- Oversee surveillance systems, patrols, and access control.
- Liaise with local authorities and conduct regular safety audits.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
