Position: Loss Prevention Manager (Job ID: 25185612)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage the security team to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Oversee emergency response training and drills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or law enforcement.
- Valid security certification (Gada Utama/Madya).
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Physical fitness and integrity.
