Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at an international brand
• Professional administration, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage VIP guests and deliver excellent service
• Working knowledge of Opera Cloud system
• Experience in collaborating with F&B teams to ensure service quality
